Meet TWYXTER

Assistance that starts with an explicit boundary

TWYXTER is the assisted-intelligence experience shared across TWYXT products. It is not a pricing tier and it is not the system of record. The Workspace, its Notes, and the original sources remain authoritative.

Every TWYXTER request should have an understandable capability, context, consent state, payer route, and information boundary. That makes it possible to choose the right kind of assistance for the question instead of silently mixing every available source.

Grounded — Inform

Grounded TWYXTER is deliberately instructed and constrained to explicitly authorized TWYXT knowledge. Its best use is answering questions about what is already in the Workspace, with citations that return the user to the supporting Note, File, Link, or other evidence.

Grounded does not mean the underlying model has literally forgotten its pretrained knowledge. It means TWYXT constrains source selection, instructions, citation behavior, and refusal behavior so the requested answer stays within the authorized evidence boundary.

Hybrid — Insight

Hybrid TWYXTER combines authorized Workspace context with broader model knowledge. It is useful when a person wants to evaluate, improve, explain, or develop what they already have without pretending that every observation came from a saved source.

The distinction matters: Workspace evidence should remain inspectable, while broader reasoning should not be presented as if it were a citation from the customer's own material.

Research — Integrate

Research TWYXTER is designed to combine TWYXT context, broader model knowledge, and current public web research with external citations. It is appropriate when the question depends on information outside the Workspace or needs a current public source.

Research is not a promise of unlimited browsing or universal tool connectivity. Each research route, external source, and supported connection must be verified and governed.

What a useful answer should do

• Respect the active Workspace and the requesting person's authorization.

• Use only the context allowed for the selected mode.

• Return citations when the answer depends on saved or external evidence.

• Distinguish sources from suggestions, inference, and broader model knowledge.

• Refuse or narrow the answer when the available evidence does not support a confident response.

• Leave final wording, placement, sharing, and destructive action under human control.

Consent, configuration, and BYOK

Not every piece of content is automatically sent to an AI provider. Provider use depends on the selected capability, Workspace policy, consent, configuration, payer route, allowance, and the specific operation requested.

Bring Your Own Key can provide an eligible execution payer route for a subscribed Workspace. It does not unlock a higher Grounded, Hybrid, or Research boundary, and it does not bypass subscription or safety controls.

What happens when AI is unavailable?

The durable Workspace remains the product. Saved Notes, Projects, Tasks, Files, Links, Drawings, search, reading, downloads, and eligible exports should remain useful when generative assistance is disabled, unavailable, exhausted, or unconfigured. Only the affected assisted feature should pause.

Current and planned boundaries

The three information boundaries and active-subscription entitlement behavior have implementation evidence. Managed TWYXT-funded allowance accounting, enforceable customer AI Credit balances, and public add-on fulfillment remain launch work and should not be interpreted as active promises on this preview.
